    Default Anxiety

I feel anxiety, because these days, I have no inspiration about crafts, I don’t want to sew anything, or make any necklace, in the past, I feel I’m happy when I make these things, but now, I hate them, even have an impulse to threw all of the tools away. Did you ever suffering this case? How do you get rid of it?

Have a google of "anhedonia". It's a major symptom of depression/anxiety which means lack of enjoyment, that you no longer enjoy or look forward to things you used to enjoy. It's a very significant indicator that something's not right. Might be worthwhile having a chat to a doc or mental health professional about how you're feeling.
