    Should be ok, depends how much you cook them, when i made them they werent hard, easy to bite into

    Hi ladies - I'm resurrecting this thread for further ideas. I made the above which were yummy, but still probably a bit hard for DS (still only has front teeth!).

    Here is a pic of the bars I'm trying to copy - hope it works. They are the little fruit & oat/bran bars you can buy in the baby food section. Heinz make them, as well as Bellamy's organic.

    Both don't have sugar, artificial colours or preservatives added so aren't too bad. But I'd still really like to try my own. They are like soft chew bars if that makes sense?
