I have only ever made it with condensed milk, so I don't know how they compare. I posted the recipe I use in my last post, but I double the cheesecake layer oh and I just remembered i also either add an extra teaspoon of gelatine or use 2 packs of jelly crystals and water from about 1 1/2 packs so that they jelly sets firmer and doesnt slide around
