    Default baby carriers and c-sections

are baby carriers ok to use after a c-section? bubs is almost 5weeks and ive just started using the baby carrier but am getting sore around incision site afterwards? it has healed up very well i just get bruising like soreness after wearing it for about 45mins.
I have the close baby carrier so it sits no where on the scar but on my tummy.
just wondering if i could be doing damage to my scar ?

As long as it's comfortable and supportive.
