    It's a significant religious date in Judaism not to anyone else, do you all know every significant religous date of other groups? And does the nation stop because a group of Australians obvserve it? No. It's not stopping you from voting, and why would you want to walk to a booth, wait in line and do it there? I'd love to postal vote.
    It's not racially insensitive to not observe something that means nothing to the majority of people. I would be more offended if they changed the date because of that.
