    Default Is this expensive?

I've found a reliable nz site and will get pram ( bjcs with all accessories including 2nd seat) , portacot ( phil and ted travel one) and cars seat ( safe and sound ahr) from.
    Is $1700 reasonable?

Have you had a look at the rrp of each item and added it up? Seems pricey to me...

Sounds like pretty much what you could get those for here in oz. BJCS with 2 seats/capsule is about $1200 from my local baby store; P&T travel cot rrp is $199 but I just picked up floor stock for $140 (love it btw); carseats average $300.
So really I would go into your local baby store and see what deals they could do for you (especially as you are buying a few big price items)

I would also check whether the car seat meets Aus standards.

This isn't just carseat, pram and cot is includes ALL the bjcs accessories ( think storage bags, food storers, rain covers)
The cheapest I've seen this safe and sound is $430, and it all complies ( as its Aust/ nz standards).

The baby jogger accessories are expensive so it might e a good deal. Just make sure you actually need everything. I bought a snack (bj) console tray for $20 from amazon, retails at $45 here!
