Thumbs up The feeling of 'just knowing' you're pregnant.

I'm 21 years old and i've been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend for around 9 months. 2 years ago, in a previous relationship, i fell pregnant and miscarried at 5 weeks. Before i did a test, i just knew that i was pregnant. I got that same overwhelming feeling a couple of weeks ago. I've had a few early pregnancy symptoms, such as moodiness, tiredness, lower back pain and i'm noticing light cramping, which i had in my first pregnancy. Yesterday was the day my period was due, i was so anxious to know if i were expecting or not, i did a test, which resulted in a negative reading. I was so sure that i was pregnant so i was shocked when i saw that one line. I later googled false negative tests, and i read that its possible to get a negative result on the day that a period is due, even if you are pregnant. This 'knowing' feeling came out of nowhere and was so strong that i am convinced i am actually pregnant. Should i wait until i definitely don't have my period until i get my hopes up? Has anyone experienced anything like this before? Advice would be greatly appreciated!

It is really normal NOT to get a BFP before or when a period is due. Give it a few more days

When we ttc ds2 I knew. It's the feeling. I waited until my period was late then tested. Obviously it was positive, I just didn't want to get my hopes up early just in case though.

So yes, as hard as it can be I'd wait. Good luck

With one of my pregnancies I knew I was pregnant but kept getting bfn until after my period was due.
As hard as it is, just wait a fee more days then test again.
    Good luck.

Definite give it a few days

With DD I just knew that I was pregnant. It was so strange but I just knew and I didn't get BFP until 7 weeks.

I believe sometimes you can know... But the ony way to know for sure is a test.. Perhaps Try a FIrst response early result as they are more sensitive than a normal test.. Good luck!

When I fell pregnant I just 'knew' I was. It was just a very strong feeling; so much so I also did an early pregnancy test (which came back negative). I waited another week and tested again. Sure enough - positive! The positive turned up at 4 weeks pregnant, I knew myself though pretty much from conception.

Default The feeling of 'just knowing' you're pregnant.

I've taken tests too early and the lines were so faint I could hardly see them.
Maybe you don't have enough HCG in your wee yet.
The tests say you can get a positive result before your period is due but I guess we are all different.
If AF doesn't show up do another test in a few days
    Good luck!
