Babies used to sleep on their tummies all the time. My mum told me I used to sleep on my tummy face down. I'm still here!!
As long as you didn't smoke (yourself or passively) when pregnant and your baby isn't exposed to smoke now. There are no toys or bumpers in the cot, just let bub sleep on their tummy.

If she's strong enough to roll onto her tummy herself and can easily lift her head up she's fine. If that's how he wants to sleep there's not much u can do. Mine started this at 4mo but drives me mad as he actually sleeps worse. But he won't sleep in any other position anymore. Drives me mad!

All 4 of mine have been tummy sleepers. It does make you nervous at first, I would check on them constantly.
