    Default Can't sleep... Too windy!

Whoever owns our house has a shade shutter attached to the main bedroom window. And it's like a huge sail. It's so loud with this wind I am certain it's going to take off any minute. I won't call it stupid as it blocks the sun but right now and all day there was no sun so it's kind of stupid.
It's so loud. This wind is horrid! Rain I could handle, thunderstorm even. But not wind. Hope that palm tree holds up in the front yard.

Just fed bubs and she is restless from all the noise too! Our chairs on our balcony are being moved by the wind and banging on the rail! Not game enough to move them!!

I'm surrounded by huge gum trees in my house. The other week one of them cracked and fell on the road for no reason (was obviously dead inside but didng know). It was like loud thunder when it did. So now with this crazy wind I'm somewhat nervous that another tree will fall. And the side that faces the trees is all glass!!! Freaking out!!

So has anyone lost power? Apparently half of nerang is with out power but thankfully we still have ours. Couldn't think of nothing worse then being stuck inside all day with a 5yo and newborn without power

Apparently mudgeeraba has list power but we still have it.
And the weather has brought ants in. They are everywhere. I can't get rid of them. And it's not because I'm messy because I'm really not!!!!
I have lost tv channels though.
