    Default Frozen Yoghurt

    Hi,

I often read about mums preparing yoghurt for kids' lunch boxes and they freeze it so by the time the yoghurt goes to school, they are just nice.

I want to prepare that for DS1 as he will start school (homeschooled for two years) but just wondering if yoghurt is frozen, wouldn't the good germs be killed?

Funny you ask I actually read the other day that freezing doesn't kill them they simply become dormant Which means when I see our yogurt on special I will be stocking up from now on!
