    I read this thread yesterday and just woke up neeeding soy milk!! Its grocery day! Haha, so happy. Thanks ladies.

    Having soy milk on my hospital supplied weet bix and in my coffee - yum! 😊

    Thanks for all the replies ladies, have been craving soy milk constantly & just wanted to make sure it was safe.

    Soy milk is fine, think about all the countries where soy is a staple food (Asian countries) and they live long healthy lives
    I have been drinking it all pregnancy & my obstetrician has no issue with it either

    Yes but they generally eat a lot of fermented soy - eg soy sauce, natto and miso. They don't drink soy milk in Japan. However, I'm not disputing that soy milk is safe to drink
