Hi guys
I'm 30+3 and for the past week or so my feet have resembled balloons
I've tried putting my feet up when I can (which is a bit hard when I'm still working full time and I have 2 other children to care for) and soaking them when I can. It's been really hot where I live so I don't know if that is making it worse.
Does anyone have any tips on how to soothe them ? It hurts to walk

Hi OP,
the hot weather definitley makes it worse!
you really need to keep your feet elevated, is it possible to have them up for short periods a work? It is not good to sit or stand for long periods.
if you able to get to the pools, sometimes taking walks in a pool helps, eating less salt will also help you retain less water.
it sounds odd but drink lots of water.
Good luck!
