    Default Post natal severe muscle separation

    I'm 9 months post caesarean ( 2 c sec in 2 years) I am having so much trouble with my muscle separation! What have ppl done to rectify it what can a gp do etc its severely effecting my back/ hips and posture I have no core strength

    its been 2 yrs since i had my last c section (also 2 c sections in 14 months) and i also have this problem. interested to see what others say

    Default Post natal severe muscle separation

    Thanks ladies, my osteopath has seen it and given me exercises but he wants me to see gp for further 'options' as its pretty bad?? No idea what that means, I've been doing daily exercise to try and close it for 2 months now
