    Default HEALTHY dipping sauce

I have been eating a lot of rice paper rolls recently and love them but I find them a bit dry so I have to have a dipping sauce. I have been using a store bought honey and soy one which I love but I seem to use a lot and I feel like it defeats the purpose cos it has to be loaded with sugar.
Does anyone know of a nice home made or bought dipping sauce that is healthy and doesn't have chilli in it?

I usually make this one for mine; ( the sweet chili is not hot but you could take it out and add maple syrup)

    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 tablespoon fish sauce
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
    2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
    2 garlic cloves, minced

    Or peanut one:

    2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    1 teaspoon maple syrup
    1 teaspoon sesame oil

You need a little soy for salt and I use maple syrup for sweetness but I only use a little and I think at least making it yourself you can regulate it

Ohh me too! Love them in summer! I've always been boring and just used a bit of tamari. Elijah's mum, those sound great, I'm going to try them!

I just water down a bit of naturally brewed soy sauce (very low sugar).
