Vitex 1000micrograms - had a headache for a month but persisted. Had very strong O symptoms (CM, pains) but ovulated 3 days later than the previous cycle (17 days and pushed it out to 20 days!). Had very very painful spotting for 4 days prior to AF that was very strange. Apart from that no noticeable difference to my short LP.

Also on B6 but haven't noticed anything.

Wish I could lengthen my 8 day LP. Off to FS in 2 weeks they can help.

I took 1000mg vortex for two months. Missed that AF and was VERY moody so I stopped taking it. Now I'm just taking my metformin and normal multivitamins and they seem to be working well Goodluck! PS, give something called "maca root" a try! Very good for fertility in male and females. Google it.

I've been taking vit B for almost two months now. I havent been tested for prog and my luteal phase is a normal length (13 days) but about 7 months ago i started getting 2-3 days of spotting before af started after about 10 years or more of having a half a day of spotting before af.

After a month of b vits the spotting reduced a lot and my af was very similar to what it used to be (the last 7 months has been different than whats normal for me). This cycle my post -o temps have been higher.

Not sure what the spotting will be like this month...fx i get a bfp instead!

It doesn't induce ovulation but it can balance hormones and lead to ovulation
