Default 4 yr old sick after eating mince

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but,
My 4yr old DD has now been sick she has eaten beef mince. The first time was last week, it was Spaghetti Bolognese, she got a tummy ache, I gave her some Panadol and water and then she asked to go to bed, then about 20 mins later vomited in her bed, so much so, we had to put her in the shower.
Now tonight, I made shepherds pie and the same thing happened BUT without the vomiting, We kept her up and waited for her to fall alseep on the couch. She had really bad shivers, her temp was 35.9.
Everyone else in the house was fine both times.
    Any suggestions?

The same mince? The first time she has ever eaten meat or tomatoes?

Yeah so you can rule out general allergies. No one else got sick so one might assume that the mince doesn't have parasites in it. It seems too much to be coincidental though - could she have reactions to preservatives that the butcher may have used?

This but perhaps her little tummy is more sensitive to the adults in the family. Also she may just have a bug that is passing through with temps and night time vomiting. Gastro/ flu / virus' come out in all kinds of weird ways!
