    I don't shaker shake on the weekends I lost 2kg this week woo I might take myself off this thread hokey because 55 is my new goal now and I'm only 1 kg off. You really made me re think my goal. I lost 30 kg and maybe my body needs this last couple. I need to exercise more. Thank you for the insight 50kg is going a tad to far I think, even 52. I'm happy at 55

    Hokey well I thank you for starting this thread and being such a great forum friend you introduced me to the "shakes" again and it worked for me in the 1 week. I will still be checking out this thread to see how you are going.

    Oh no hokey that's ok can I tell you something. During the week thanks to my kitchen rules I made those chocolate fondants because I was just hanging plus I wanted to see if I could get them gooey in the middle hehe and anyway I ate one by the next morning I still lost. If your on track and make 1 little stuff up its ok. It gets you back on track even more strict with yourself plus you ll prob still lose.

    Down 2kg this week. Woohoo! So down to 93kg. And went for a 5.7km walk this morning. Feeling good. How's everyone else going?
