    I cooked chicken and pasta tonight and I just had the chicken, it was coated in a chinese bbq sauce and I grated through some zucchini. I'm going to have a shake at 7pm to replace "dinner". I struggle with portion sizes come dinner

    Whoo Hoo! Well done! Im still waiting for money so I can do a decent food shop. Then I want to start planning something healthier for me to eat at dinner time.

    Bub is 17m now. I am about 155 156 to same as you. It's hard to hide weight when short don't you think?
    I still swear by breastfeeding because I was eating everything and still losing weight. Now I'm struggling. I just want to feel comfortable again.

    You are going so well you ll be 58 in no time.

    I am 156 too and yes when you are short you look stumpy
