    The worst bit is there is still half a pack in the fridge. Damn DH!

    Same and once I get a taste for it then it's hard to stop. I wish I was the eat 1 biscuit kind of gal.

    Yeah I'm with you girls - although I can avoid it now ... But I make sure I buy things that aren't my absolute fav for the boys like icecream, shapes or I make banana bread. All things that aren't worth it .... A chocolate cake with rich chocolate icing however would have me weak at the knees!!!

    I'm a teeny bit disappointed with my eating. I went out to hoggies last night and ordered a lite cut steak with veg and hogtail fries and I didn't even taste one of the chips. I gave all of them to my mate cos he loves them. Then we went to the cinema and he had popcorn and I didn't have anything - didn't even feel the need. So I was great food wise yesterday (had my usual clean food for breakfast and lunch).

    But then we also went out for breakfast before work today and I ordered eggs benedict I also hadn't packed a lunch so ordered raw salmon sushi and edamame (steam soy beans) - which is pretty good apart from the rice in the sushi. Dinner I had a small portion of pork with broccoli and beans and fruit after. I'm just cranky that I ordered the eggs Benedict.

    I'm going to head to the gym in about half an hour cos I feel so yuck about my breakfast (but man it was delish).

    I hope those Tim Tams are still in the fridge or your DH ate them!

    Don't be too hard on yourself theboys&me you are doing soooo well and at least you had the eggs for breakfast, better to have the bad choice earlier in the day.

    hope everyone else had a good week.

    I lost a total of 3kgs this week!!! So happy - although yesterday we had a day out in Sydney and I had a bit of a feast day although the amount of walking we did from the car park and around Darling Harbour hopefully equalled it out

    I'm going to have it tomorrow! I've had a pretty bad weekend, always do this, I really have no food control when I drink! Arrgghhh!

    Oh me too. I'm terrible when i drink. I get an attack of the munchies quite badly.
    My weekend hasn't been very good. Have had a fair amount of beer and some chips and junk to snack on.
    I've redeemed myself somewhat today though. I had a healthy breakfast and made a salad of baby spinach leaves, capsicum, carrot, cucumber, red onion, beetroot and feta, sprinkled with black chia seeds.
    I'm liking the idea of a cheat day on the weekend. Although i guess i run the risk of starting and not being able to stop.
