    Default Child care benefit... Confused

Ok. I was told to go fill in the CCB form on line. When I first start there are three options...I have no idea which one to choose.

I am single on SPP with FTB a and b.

One says zero rate with out using tfn one says more than zero rate using a tfn and I cannot remember the other. I went to FAO at medicare and he told me to go home do it online. Grrr. If I knew what I was doing I would not have gone in there.

You only select zero rate if you earn over the income threshold which it doesn't sound like you do... Can't help with the other two options though sorry!

Have you tried calling instead to get some assistance with filling it in?

I don't remember having to fill in any forms, pretty sure it was all done over the phone.

Either way, I hope you get it sorted out.

    Default Child care benefit... Confused

I did it on the phone, once I got onto the operator it took under 5 minutes. All they basically wanted was my permission to look up his Medicare to check he has been vaccinated. The rest was all infront of her on the computer already
