    Sorry, I don't think there's a way to know that without ultrasounds to monitor.

    Yep. Unfortunately you will be able to pin point O to approx 12 - 36 hrs but thats about it. Without monitoring via medical professionals etc.

    Default TTC gurus, i have a question

    Just looked over my last three charts. It seems I am getting af 14 days from the day after temp rise.
    Eg. 36.3 then 36.6 (ov), 36.8 (1dpo)

    No wonder I havnt gotten preg again. We have stopped bd when I had a temp rise

    Just researched a bit more and it says that on the day of ov there is a small rise then the larger rise.

    That seems to be happening to me
    So this month it is probably still luteal phase of 14 instead of 16 like what ff picks up on first temp rise
