I'm not sure how you are with smells at the moment but, Migrastick is a lovely natural remedy I use to avoid taking meds almost everyday(I have constant migraine and neuralgia issues).
It is menthol and lavendar. You can get it from the chemist for around $15 and you roll it on behind your ears, neck and temples. Has a relaxing, cooling affect.

    Also hot/cold packs.

    Hope that helps.

Oh I have had the same thing, it's horrible esp when I'm trying to do anything! I find cold face cloth on the forehead and the back of the neck great! Mine are sometimes triggered by my neck/back but some were just hormones I'm sure. Panadol sometimes works but not always. The cloths are really good for some quick relief! Good luck! x

I've had headaches every day since the beginning (now 16 weeks). Its a pain. If it gets really bad I take panadol and lay down but man I miss being able to take nurofen. I've been told to stick my feet in warm water and then a cold compress on the back of my neck. Haven't tried it myself yet (requires more energy than I have atm) but heaps of people swear by it.

I'm currently 9 weeks and have been getting some pretty intense headaches the past few days! The issue is I've been suffering bad morning sickness and I have never been able to take Panadol with my pain before I was pregnant now being pregnant it's all I'm allowed to take! It's bad any suggestions?!
