    last nights ep was alot like Hell's Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay.... but I can see it's not like that every single episode

    Anyone notice how Marco usually repeats his statements 3 times? Is that a chef thing or a Marco thing ?

    It's a bit of both, if he or any chef doesn't get a "yes chef" or "yes Marco" they will usually keep saying it to drill it into them and get a response.

    Ahhh alright that makes sense. Have to say I quite liked Marco last night. He was tough! And happy he booted akubra man. Couldn't for the life of me figure out why a chef would be wearing that in a kitchen!

    I know ... It made me a little queasy seeing him wearing it out of the kitchen too - like it's his every day hat!! Gah!!
