    Default Quiche question....

Making a quiche for dinner tonight.... usually add in the basics like ham, mushrooms, onion, zucchini etc, what about adding spinach and grated potato? yes? no? I know spinach has great health benefits, just wondering about the taste as I've never really cooked with it before so not sure how it will go.... any ideas???

Spinach is great in quiches! Not sure on grated potato - but here's a yummy looking recipe I found.

Easiest quiche my sil taught me : 1 cup quiche.
    5 eggs
    1 cup self raising flour
    1 cup cheese
    1 cup milk

Yes for both, but be sure to add some extra flour in your mix as they both will release more liquid
