    Yup flippers & kick board.

    I'm not the best swimmer but these help. You still get a great workout.

    I do aqua aerobics and started when preg - I do it 2/3 times per week. I love it! As with any type of exercise you can adjust exercises to suit your fitness level.

    You can wear a heart rate watch if you want to keep an eye on your heart rte - I was told not to go above 140bpm but u can check with your own healthcare provider.

    Also, when we take our daughter to the pool my partner plays with her while I do about 20mins of laps - I'm not a strong swimmer and this exhausts me (but isn't painful unlike I was finding land exercise)
