    lol- i would suck so hard at bootcamp. I am only just starting to feel fit jogging for minute intervals on the treadmill. Although i surprised myself last night when we got home from the gym DH was going to take the dogs for a walk so i went with him. I still had energy left after and wasnt puffed really at all. We live in a very hilly area.. so usually i am stuck walking the older dog who can barely keep up.. slow pokes at the back. last night we were up front.. admitadly i was basically dragging the older dog with me.. but we were there all the same!

    Decided to give me self an incentive besides to feel better. Will reward myself with these when I hit 60kgs

    Yeah I love cross fit atm, it really works every part of us, plus next week we are going to start lifting weights ..can't wait.

    66.2 today up .7 from last wk, grrr I am useless at the moment and have been feeling sad so emotional eating. Off to Sydney this wkend but back in the band wagon as soon as I get back. How's everyone else going?

    oh no! im sure it will melt away in the heat of the hot spas anyway Chan.

    Im due for my weigh in tonight too. Feeling abit nervous.. i have been eating well but not 100% on the programme. I have been having salads and vego meals for lunch but just cant seem to fit in the shake at lunch as well. So i dont know how that will impact on my loss.. maybe my metabolism wont be high enough cause i am actually eating alot less than i ever used to. Just lost my appetite.
    Ohh and then there was this one day i ate chips and cheese for lunch... but we will skim over that when she asks how my weeks was..

    At the moment I'm just glad food is staying down lol. I went back up 0.5kg, but I'm not surprised since what I lost last week was due to being sick.

    Ok ladies.... Drum roll please!!!
    Loss of 1.6kg today!! Woooohooo.

    Not bad at all. I'm pretty happy. I had a good week with a few not so great moments that weren't the end of the world though. Super excited. Reward dinner is sushi!! Yum! A special treat considering we have been carb free for two weeks especially at dinner.
    Overall loss 2.7kg so far. Can't wait till it all adds up to 10+ kgs. ^.^
