I have been referred to see about having an anterior prolapse repaired - being a regional city we have only two specialists, so will take months before I have my initial appointment. When there is a long wait what do you do, consult Dr Google of course and scare the crap out of yourself ... sigh.
I'd love to hear from others who have had the operation to repair this. Length of hospital stay, what was your recovery like, time off work and most importantly, was it worth it?
