so i'm curious - how much water weight do we lose before we start actually losing proper weight..?

gah! wish i could just click my fingers like samantha on bewitched and magic happens.... and be at my goal weight.

    and my housework is done.

    and dinner is instantly cooked.

and the kids sleep all night.

I always say everything in moderation. I am doing CS Rapid BUT I am also having fruit or a skim yoghurt in between shakes. Watermelon is one, but I only have a slice.

    Default Weight loss shakes..

Speaking of diet jelly and junk food cravings, I just made these up! They don't look very appetizing but are actually yummy! I used port wine sugar free aero plane jelly and half a satchet of gelatine, poured into the ice cube tray and let set for an hour. End result is yummy jelly lollies! A bit more gelatine would probably make then more chewy, but they are a good guilt free snack to keep in the fridge.

I read about making lollies from jelly when doing TF - never did it myself though!
