I actually really like being on a diet. I never want to eat what I cook. I know it will taste great but by the time I finish cooking, I never want to eat it.

    Default Weight loss shakes..

Thanks everyone! I had my night time shake and some panadol and felt much better! It wasnt that i was hungry at all, it was the opposite. Feeling much better today. I think my biggest issue is the coffee detox as oppose to the not eating! Jumped on the scales this morning just to see, not expecting anything and im down 1.3kgs! Hooray!

Just popping in to say I managed a hole 5 minutes on my cross trainer. Lol it doesnt sound like much I know, but even at its lowest setting its bloody hard. Cheap piece of poo haha But I worked up a sweat even right under the air con and my legs are burning, so im sure it did some good.

I cooked a lovely roast dinner tonight for the family and sat there and watch them eat with hungry eyes haha I grabbed a piece of cauliflour and ate that so the kids didnt freak out with all the staring!
5 mins is better than none!

Is slim milk good for you? I thought there was more sugar in it than normal milk. I think almond milk is meant to be good also :-)
I brought some of the optislim choc fudge bars and omg so good and filling! More filling than the shakes! There expensive though, I only got them cause they were on special.

I put my water in the fridge overnight because I read it tastes better chilled and they def do taste better with cold water Yay

I had not thought of putting them with milk...i might try one with almond milk as I want the kids to try it anyway.

I got some of the choc fudge bars and ended up having one about 3am this morning when I was up with DD and was starving ... i figured better than eating something silly. I really like them. I will def have them on hand for when I am going out for the day as it is much easier to carry them.

I am dying to weigh myself but am going to wait till Friday. My plan is to weigh Friday and Monday and hopefully see a good result!

We should let each other know when the different products go on sale...so we can all save

yayayayay! Well done...and now the first day is over you can move onwards and upwards.

When I gave up coffee....took about 3-4 days to feel totally OK, so hang in there and have panadol when you need it!
