Sadly I don't have a dog, but I love;
Chihuahuas, golden retrevers however I'd like a chocolate one instead of golden ! Lol hubby wants ... Wait for it... A Pomeranian! Lol
I also like the thought of a loyal guard dog a big burly one Great Dane, Doberman.. But I'm also badly afraid of big dogs... I suppose if it were mine from being a pup I'd be ok!

We have 2 pomeranians. Love my furbabies to bits
Before them we had a border collie x kelpie.
After she passed, I reallllly wanted a japanese chin dog. Think smaller than a pom but looks like a panda anyway, when the time was right, the only one available in australia was in sydney for $1200. We live in southern vic. so it wasnt possible...anyway, thats when we got my first pom and fell in love df wants a staffy or pit bull :sly:

DP wants a Dogue de Bordeaux.
I want a French Bulldog and a white German Shepherd.
We both want an English Mastiff (DP had one growing up and always wanted another one) and a British Bulldog.
Mind you I love almost all dog breeds. Ive had alot of dogs over the years and my favourite to own would have been my rescue Boxer and my Japanese Chin (aside from all the brushing).
We currently have a Amstaff X Mastiff and a Chihuahua.

I haven't Owed a dog but I have a few plans for the future..
I love chihuahuas just for the companionship and the fact they are cute looking Mexican things!
I also would love a big breed for protection... I always find large and lean is intimidation to me not so much the traditional scary looking ones.
I do also love Labradors and the traditional family friendly types.
And at the risk of being shot I do find those designer breeds gorgeous too!
