Weightloss shakes are not recommended while BF. You may have to use another weightloss method.

If you like to eat protein. Look at the CSIRO diet. It has a special plan for BF mummies (just a slight increase in calories thn non-bf). It focuses on moderate carbs, no sugar, high protein, moderate dairy and low fat. Lots of fruit and veges.

    Default Loose Baby Weight Shakes

The lose baby weight shakes are made for breastfeeding Mums, I have 2 friends who have had great success on this program, both in losing weight and increasing supply. They said variety is the key to stop you losing interest, the Facebook page has heaps of ideas too.

thanks girls, did a bit of research and ive bought the basic pack so the main idea of them is to add fruit and ice to them and not to just shake them and drink like tony furgerson ones???
