I would try spraying with 100% white vinegar. That's what I use on black spot mould in the shower. Do I Twice a day for at least 3 days (might take a week) and then try and scrub off with a brush.
Scrubbing straight away doesn't work but in the shower repeated vinegar and then scrub after a week and the black spot comes straight off
