Not all hospitals/health providers know about them. I've been meaning to email the social worker at my hospital to let her know.

Hi ally. From personal experience heartfelt really are amazing. Any time day or night u can call them. It doesn't feel like an invasion of privacy when they're taking photos, they're so sensitive and caring.
My advice would be to ask nurses/ docs all and any questions you might have. Take as much time with your little one as you need. I had 5 days with Lucy as I was recovering from my c/s. It was strange at first but I then started to take her all in and get to know all her features and become immersed in love.It was the hardest time but also the most precious time in my life. We had a blessing for Lucy in the hospital which was so lovely. Thinking of you so much, know you're not alone xxx

Ally, My heart breaks for what you are all going through. You sound like such a strong woman and your little boy will know how much he is loved by his parents. Ask all the questions you need there are no silly questions. Big hugs to you
