So as a conclusion, I went on the website and emailed the address in the 'contact us' section.
Said I was given false positives and provided the batch numbers for each box and said I was happy to provide pics if need be-I didn't get so much as a response (excuse the pun lol) but received a box of free tests!
FX these ones give me luck

I am so over false positives on this brand, it use to be great but not anymore. I too am going to complain!

Ive been trying to email them this morning, but their email doesnt work. I wonder if they have taken it down?
