    Before I got pregnant (high risk) I was doing pump 3 times a week, rpm twice a week and had a pt . I lost 20 kilos! Now I have nearly gained that all back and can barely walk!! Once this bub is born I will be doing muay thai boxing, full weight training and running!!!

    I've never head of Couch to 5k. I've downloaded the app and might start that after I get back from my honeymoon in early Feb (don't want it to be interrupted by a week of pure relaxation! LOL).

    Thanks for all your replies

    I have always wanted to get into running but found I just couldn't do it. This couch to 5km program sounds awesome. Will definately give it a go.

    I don't need to lose weight as such, tone up etc maybe. However, I am so unfit and unhealthy. My energy levels aren't great and I am pathetic when it comes to physical stuff.

    Not much at the moment as I have a permanent lower back injury and haven't found anything that doesn't flare it up Swimming would probably be good but I would have to take DD with me and can't exactly leave her alone while I swim laps...!

    Default What exercise do you do?

    Current fitness routine includes:

    *Walking from office desk to photocopier, and back - several times a day for 3 days a week

    *Fork-to-mouth arm curls, several times every day.

    *Toddler squat-and-lifts

    Yeah, exercise is not my strongest point ...

    Aqua aerobics is great! I did that to build some more muscles.
