Default Pregnant women needed as follow throughs for a Midwifery Student please!

Calling all pregnant women of the Brisbane and Ipswich area!

My name is Jami and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing and Midwifery at the University of Queensland. As a student midwife a vital part of our ongoing learning is to participate in continuity of patient care, where trusting, supportive and ongoing relationships with both the mother and her family can be formed.

The University has formed a component of our degree around this concept and its called the "Follow through experience". This experience is where a student midwife will accompany and support you througout your journey to becoming a mother, including pregnancy, birth and postnatally.

This experience is purely voluntary, if anyone would be interested in allowing me to accompany them on this special journey please do not hesitate to contact me for more information or to answer any questions you may have.

My contact email is : jamifauchon@hotmail.com

I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
