I'd say you've probably got an ear infection on one side, rather than something to do with your teeth. Teeth/sinus/ears - they're all connected and you can get pain in one spot, when the problem is in another spot.
I'd get yourself off to a doctor instead of a dentist.

Gotta love living in the country can't get into a doctor either.
