    Default Weird sleep habits

I don't know where this topic should be but i've put it here.

So apparently the other night I punched my dp several times in my sleep, can't remember doing this obviously.
It got me thinking and I remembered many years ago I was having a dream about giving a massage and when I woke up I was massaging my bed...
Has this sort of stuff happened to anyone else?
Do I need to go see some sort of sleep specialist?
Just kinda freaky, what else have I been up to while i'm asleep.... Haha

Yes it happens in our house, especially if overtired! It's not me though it's DH!

He dreamt that our dog was eating a ball from the pool table and had to smack his nose to get it out ?!?! and smacked me in the nose instead, well that's his story anyhow!!!!! Lol

I do lots of random things in my sleep. I talk, walk around the house and empty cupboards onto the floor and leave it there, wrestle DF, sometimes I cry out for help in my sleep. DF thinks I am nuts!
