    Default Gastro!!!

    My DD has cought a gastro bug, it started on Saturday morning with vomiting but since Sunday it has been diahoria. Took her to the doc on Saturday arvo he said its a bug and it will pass, pass it did to my self and DH but ours lasted only 24. DD is 16 months and has never had a tummy bug so this is all new to us!! She isn't eating much but will still drink her milk, her milk will make her vomit so I have put her on lactose free ( which she is not a fan of) should I give her her normal milk back? Any tips on food that's easy on her tummy? Or ways in which to stop the diahoria? I have read it can last up to 2 weeks!! She is drinking lots of water and is her happy playful self, how long will this last? Any advice or tips would be great!!

    Default Gastro!!!

    DS had gastro at 13 months, DH and I both got it for 24 hours but poor DS has it for over a week. Vomiting only lasted 4 days, diarrhea last over a week. Hydralite was the best and just kept his fluids up (milk/water) as he lost interest in most food.
