    Default spider bite

    okay so i hate spiders well about half an hour ago i felt a little sting on my arm like i had been bitten had a look and nothing was there that i could see and about one min later there was a baby huntsman crawling along my top i called out to my fiance and dad and the came rushing in and got it off now i do think the little lump and redness on my arm was the spider i was just wondering if huntmans can be dangerous in pregnancy im 21 weeks and 3 days pregnant i dont feel any different just tired im from Australia

    Huntsman spiders aren't poisonous, but for peace of mind it can't hurt to get checked out.

    If you are sure its a Huntsmen, they are not venomous but if you have been bitten and develop any symptoms of infection you should see a doctor. There is no danger other than that of infection like with any other wound.

    Perhaps call health direct?? Speak to a nurse and see what they think?

    Huntsman a just make u terribly ill. They are not poisonous or deadly tho I'm not sure how it would affect a baby?? Call your doctor or as above said, health direct.
