    I didn't even know I was pregnant, so I suppose there's no reason to be too upset.

    I'm sorry for your loss. I'm going to disagree with you and say that you can be upset and you can grieve even if you only discovered after the loss. Do not "punish yourself" however you react. allow yourself time to process things and try and allow yourself to get some rest.
    You are in my thoughts op. Even if the bleeding had been from a different cause it would have still been upsetting. Find someone irl to de-brief if needed or chat with your "extended family" on the hub.
