I regret buying my house when I did (just before the market started going down). Hindsight is great isn't it.
I regret not staying in touch with my best friend from school. I tried to contact her a couple of years ago, but either my attempts failed or she ignored them.

I regret gaining weight when I used to have such a nice figure. Now I am going to have to work super hard to get it off.
I do not regret anything else in life. It is all a learning curve to me. I would think you have to take risks to see if it will work. I don't generally get upset when they don't and just work out my next plan of attack .

I regret not traveling with DH before settling down with a house and baby. We are happy to travel with DD but we can't afford it now I don't lose sleep over it or anything though
