Don't read anything else Dr. Google has to say! As PPs have said, HCG is so different for everybody, and for every pregnancy as well. The level chart is just an average - take a look at how much numbers overlap on this chart! I hope everything is well for you - I would suggest a dating scan as well so you know if you just have high HCG or more than one!

Thanks, it is very interesting and reassuring how varied every ones HCG levels are. I saw the Dr today and he told me I was in the normal range, he showed me the ranges and they were a lot wider than what I had found on Dr Google lol. I have booked a dating scan for next week, I have to wait until Thursday, I am so impatient I would have had it today if I could. Anyway more blood tests tomorrow so will hopefully those HCG levels are progressing as they should.

I have got an update on my HCG levels which would be at 6 weeks 2 days which are 41,000, still a little high but guess the level has progressed about right since last week. Cant wait for the scan on Thursday.

I find it interesting that so many people know their HCG count. I have NEVER been told mine!
Apparently mine was very high when pg with twins. (Duh!) We didn't know it was twins at that point.
Supposedly 'very, very good' this time around, in my dr's wordsI guess given the huge WIDE range there is no magical answer as to what it ought or ought not to be.

Maybe twins?
I know someone who had a very high reading and doctor thought multiples but she had one perfectly healthy bub.
