    Sweet soy marinated chicken drumsticks, steamed rice and roast vegetables... Followed by fruit salad and honey ice cream.

    Salmon topped with salsa verde, which we had with roast pumpkin, carrot and potatoes and steamed greens

    Boring simple dinners all round here - my boys had spag Bol loaded with veg from the freezer that I'd cooked previously.

    I had couscous with steam veg - my 3 minute meal .... Slack slack night!!!
