What do you look for specifically when trying to figure out the sex? I can never see anything.

You look at the angle of the nub (which is the little nubby bit sticking out above the bottom). If the nub is horizontal to the spine then it indicates girl, if the nub is slightly pointed upwards, it indicates a boy.

Also after about 13 weeks you can sometimes start to tell by the shape. If it is forked, it indicates girl. If it has a rounded bulb on the end, it indicates boy. A girl's nub will start to recede from about 12-13 weeks, whereas the boys nub will continue to stick out.

Going on all of that, I would say to the OP that my guess is boy, as the nub points slightly up Congrats on your beautiful bubba!
