I used it with ds2 & 3. I put it in the bath, burnt it in an oil burner and rubbed it directly into my belly. Went into labour two days after both times, first time I started at 39 and 4 and he was born 39 and 6, second time 38 and 2 and he was born 38 and 4. The midwife also used it on my back during contractions when the had started to slow a little.
