    - Overall โ€“ what did you think of the Zumba Fitness Exhilarate DVD Collection?

    It's a great package with easy to follow guidance to help you build up your confidence, skills and coordination at a pace that keeps the momentum going while allowing you to feel it! ๐Ÿ˜„


    - Is it something you will continue using now?

    Absolutely!

    I had a few false starts in this challenge. I guess I underestimated what impact returning to work and having DS start childcare would have on our households health ๐Ÿ˜‰
    But now I am back in action and there is no end date to my challenge! ๐Ÿ’ƒ

    - What changes have you noticed:
    ยท In you body? Stronger muscles, not so easily tired, and less flab!
    ยท In your mind โ€“ your mood, outlook
    So much more positive, I am doing something for me and it feels great!

    ยท In your energy levels?
    There is a spring in my step that hasn't been there in a while!

    ยท In your family? (Eg. Have the DVDs inspired any other family members to join in)

    DH has vowed to start joining me this week, so I'll keep you posted! ๐Ÿ˜‰

    ยท In your approach to physical activity โ€“ have the DVDs inspired you to try another form of exercise โ€“ like walking or a gym class?

    The mums from my Playgroup are talking about starting a walking group which I'm keen to be a part of.


    ยท How much weight have you lost?

    4kg but have lost cm's plus bad eating habits and a "why bother" attitude too! ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐ŸŽ‰
