They all sound pretty yummy I'm a big fan of the carrot sticks with dip and the fruit and yoghurt. Any more ideas? (this is making me hungry )

I have a fetish for light cottage cheese with a hot chilli sauce mixed into it, a dash of lemon juice, a bit of fresh coriander and then I pop it into a crisp lettuce leaf or two and roll it up.

So yummy and fresh, and can be done in a heartbeat if you're pressed for time. Not to mention kids don't generally like it so you don't have to share and it's very health conscious

Dice an onion, a tomato, add 1/2 small tin of corn kernals (drained), chopped coriander, lime juice and a dash of olive oil. Mix it all up and serve with pita chips. Best homemade salsa! Also just tastes good as a salad eaten on its own.
