My little bug is 4 months old and today a few times I swore he said "Mum" i am not the only one that heard it my mum was here when he said it but thinking he was to young I googled it and it seems it is not uncommon for babies to say words at this age especially with older siblings (his are 8&6 both always saying "mum") to copy. Still i was unsure if what I heard was real but my husband reminded me our daughter was only 4 1/2 months when she started saying "mum" so thought I would post about it for anyone who isn't sure if their baby is talking or not to know they just might be

Definitely possible Mammas!
DD1 said 'hello' clear as anything at 4 months (with witnesses). She is now 2.5 and still floors me with her language and comprehension.

Sometimes I think I hear my DD saying I'm hungry when she is crying for her bottle. I said Mum when I was 8months old
