Default "Bring A Plate" ideas :)

I need to make a dish for a Christmas Eve party and I'm just stuck for ideas.
I just checked and some of the stuff being made by others will be:

    *Fried rice
    *Lasagne
    *Potato bake
    *Chicken curry with vegies

The host has just asked for something easy to reheat in her oven and that'll be the spread (her hubby, my uncle, usually does a big BBQ but she wants him to be able to relax and mingle this year so it's bring-a-plate style.)

I was going to bring chicken drummets with honey soy marinade but that's too easy, I love cooking and don't mind putting in the effort but can't think of anything that I can easily make in bulk for the many guests.

Any ideas? Links to recipes etc? THANKS
(no salmon or very "fishy" stuff please, yuck..)

    What about

An egg slice or quiche of some sort

    Chicken and pasta salad

    Crunchy noodle salad

Or one I really love is a warm cob loaf dip, let me know if you want the recipe, I don't make the standard one mine is sooooo much nicer lol.
